Bell Pepper Salad

A simple bell pepper salad for all you pepper lovers…sweet and lemony and crunchy! Served perfectly with my MUSHROOM STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS

Serves 3

You Will Need:

1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced

Dressing:

3 tbsp Lemon Juice
Chopped Parsley & Mint
A tsp of Sugar
Salt & Pepper to Season
1 Garlic Clove, grated
Olive Oil (Optional)

The Cooking:

In a bowl, place the sliced bell pepper.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

Now simply toss the bell peppers with the dressing and serve.
