Vinegar Yogurt Dressing

Any salad is incomplete without the dressing. The dressing gives a whole new dimension even to the simplest of all. This VINEGAR YOGURT DRESSING is something I came up that doesn't have mayo as its base. I was quite unsure when mixing the ingredients, but in the end it all tasted beautiful. It was tangy, sweet and garlicky. Always when you are making a dressing, adjust the saltiness, sweetness and sourness according to your liking. Some may like it sweet whereas some may not like the sweetness. This dressing went perfectly well with my Roasted Tomato Corn Salad.

You Will Need:

A Cup of Low Fat Yogurt
Juice of Half a Lemon (or) 2 tbsp of Vinegar
1/4 tsp of Soy Sauce
1 Garlic Clove, Grated
1/2 tsp Sugar (or) a tbsp of Honey
1/4 tbsp of Oregano (or) Pizza Seasoning. Yes, you can cheat ;)
Salt to Taste

The Cooking:

Just Whisk everything together and chill. Use as a dressing for any of your favourite salad.
Happy Cooking!
